It all starts with a friendly chat to create a strong energetic connection with your Reiki practitioner, which is the foundation of all healing. Together, we’ll set some goals and gather information. Then, you’ll lie down on a massage table, and we’ll gently scan your aura and each chakra. Next, the hands-on Reiki treatment begins, which will help replenish your life energy. As we work, old traumas and emotions will release, and your energy field will come back into balance. You’ll feel lighter, more relaxed, and hopeful when you leave.

It’ll send you into a deep state of relaxation, help you sleep better, and leave you feeling rejuvenated. We connect briefly to check in with how you are doing then lie down on the table and let us whisk you away to another realm with the soothing and balancing energy of Universal Life Force.
